We run on Monday evenings from April to October at 7.00pm and on Sunday mornings in the winter at 10.00am. The runs are mainly countryside and coastal and last for approx. 1 hour 15 min, including a DRINK STOP!. We have a full range of abilities from the slugs of this world to the skinny FRB's. The runs are advertised in the local paper on the Friday before the run & we are also listed in the local telephone directory under Hash House Harriers and the number can be obtained from any Directory Enquiry Service Worldwide.
