Hospitals are generally large places with a number of buildings attached
to the estate which includes accommodation for medical staff, and because
of this there will always be the need for physical labour to allow the
hospital to function at all.

There are car parks and alley ways which collect paper, leaves, dust
and other items which always need cleaning up; after all, a dirty hospital
is extremely undesirable.
