Ida Mary Scholefield: nee Shuttleworth

Born in Leeds on 14th July 1915 to Edith Annie and Herbert Tomlinson Shuttleworth, and sister to Alice, Cliff and Norman.
Educated at Leeds Girls Highschool, and Leeds University Medical School, where she qualified as a doctor before war was declared.
Married James Scholefield in 1939? ~ and ran the ran the general medical practice at The Boundaries, Four Marks, Alton, Hampshire.
She had 2 sons, Charles (1946) and John (1948). The family moved to Jersey in 1961, and Mary lived at Savernake, until 1996, when John returned to the Island and Mary moved to Bon Air Court.
